Technical Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Owning inbound and outbound file operations, the full-time remote Technical Operations Analyst will manage vendor data integrations and reporting within a growing TPA environment, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange across various partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all inbound and outbound file processes, ensuring proper formatting, delivery, and error resolution
• Serve as the primary technical contact for vendor file integrations, coordinating data exchanges and resolving discrepancies
• Build and enhance operational reports using SQL, translating business needs into scalable data solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in TPA operations, healthcare data operations, EDI, or technical operations
• Strong experience with inbound/outbound file processing across multiple vendors
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
• Hands-on experience with SFTP platforms and file automation workflows
• Strong understanding of TPA ecosystem, including eligibility, claims, and vendor integrations
