Technical Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day technical operations, the full-time Technical Operations Analyst will monitor system performance, assist with issue triage, and maintain documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor system dashboards, alerts, and operational queues to ensure reliability
• Assist with initial triage of technical issues and escalate as necessary
• Help maintain and improve technical documentation and process guides

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn
• High reliability, ownership, and follow-through
• Ability to follow technical instructions carefully
• Curiosity about technology, systems, and automation
