Technical Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Operations Associate to support technical implementation and data management for new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and process incoming healthcare files via secure SFTP delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate ingestion pipelines and manage outbound file delivery
• Implement billing workflows and configure operational systems based on client requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Business, Information Systems or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in data operations, analytics, health tech or implementation
• Advanced working knowledge of SQL and strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience using SFTP clients for secure file transfer
• Familiarity with healthcare data domains and scripting languages (e.g., Python) is preferred
