Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Operations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize OCI Cloud Infrastructure
Provide escalated technical support for sophisticated technical issues
Coordinate escalated support cases and lead appropriate internal technical resources and/or third-party vendors to resolution

Required Qualifications:

U.S. Citizen
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Experience with Linux System Administration, Networking, Storage, Compute and Virtualization
Experience participating in or running incident bridges
Demonstrable ability to quickly learn new technical disciplines and then train others
