Technical Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to scale and execute technical operations processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical advisor for customers, designing and developing complex integration solutions
• Partner with Product and Engineering to develop specifications for new features and integrations
• Lead external partner integration projects from requirements gathering to coordination with external teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical operations or engineering role
• Proven experience with relational databases and advanced SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and tools
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools like Looker or Snowflake
