Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment, optimization, and management of blockchain networks, ensuring reliability and performance
• Resolve complex Web3 incidents through troubleshooting and collaboration with blockchain partners
• Develop and maintain monitoring solutions to identify and address performance issues proactively

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Technical Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
• Deep experience with Web3 infrastructures and advanced troubleshooting of blockchain technologies
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Competency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, Go, or JavaScript
• Advanced proficiency in monitoring platforms like Grafana or DataDog
