Technical Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design and operation of agentic AI systems, the full-time remote Technical Operations Engineer will manage production AI tooling, translating stakeholder requirements into technical solutions while ensuring security and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the iterative refinement and maintenance of agentic AI systems, focusing on design and security hardening
• Translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions, bridging communication between business and engineering teams
• Architect multi-agent systems with an emphasis on interoperability, security, and cost-effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Proven experience integrating LLM-based solutions into production environments using agentic frameworks
• Strong proficiency in Python, including type hints, testing, and CI/CD practices
• Working knowledge of AWS services in a multi-account production setting
• Experience with AI integration in communication platforms like Slack
• Ability to design pragmatic solutions within existing infrastructure constraints
