Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Operations Lead to manage and enhance support systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize Zendesk and other core Support systems, including administration and improvements
  • Manage AI-based deflection tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and member support experience
  • Create dashboards and reporting to assist Support leaders in monitoring performance and decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical operations, support operations, business systems, or systems administration
  • Experience as the primary administrator for a support ticketing platform, preferably Zendesk
  • Proven track record in implementing new tools and integrating systems in fast-paced environments
  • Strong experience with systems administration, workflow automation, and process improvement
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Snowflake
