Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Operations Lead to manage and enhance support systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Zendesk and other core Support systems, including administration and improvements
- Manage AI-based deflection tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and member support experience
- Create dashboards and reporting to assist Support leaders in monitoring performance and decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical operations, support operations, business systems, or systems administration
- Experience as the primary administrator for a support ticketing platform, preferably Zendesk
- Proven track record in implementing new tools and integrating systems in fast-paced environments
- Strong experience with systems administration, workflow automation, and process improvement
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Snowflake
