Technical Operations Lead

Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team, the temporary Technical Operations Lead will manage incident response and fleet health monitoring in a remote, 10-hour shift environment, ensuring the reliability of an advanced autonomous fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of Troubleshooting Experts, leading daily stand-ups and facilitating shift handoffs
• Oversee the triage and categorization of technical failures, acting as the escalation point for high-severity incidents
• Utilize advanced dashboards to proactively monitor fleet health and identify critical trends during operations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive, robotics, autonomous vehicles, aerospace, or a related high-tech industry focused on technical operations or fleet reliability
• 1-2 years of direct supervisory experience in a fast-paced operational setting
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and CRM platforms
• Ability to maintain composure and make effective decisions during rapidly evolving incidents
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for translating complex technical issues
