Technical Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Operations Manager to lead a team focused on operational excellence and reliability in blockchain infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own team delivery by setting quarterly goals and managing project timelines
• Drive reliability by maintaining SLAs/SLOs and minimizing incident recurrence
• Lead incident escalations and coordinate post-mortems and corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing SRE/DevOps/TechOps teams
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Proven track record in incident command and creating effective processes
• Experience in operational rigor, including SLO/SLA ownership and workload distribution
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Security teams
