Job Summary

Technical Operations Manager, responsible for managing technical operations and client relationships in a full-time remote role, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to regulations while overseeing operational services and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage platform operations and oversee service requests, ensuring adherence to ITIL processes
  • Lead client communications and operational status reviews, maintaining strong business relationships
  • Ensure client satisfaction with managed services and assist in managing commercial aspects of engagements
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of Technical Operations Management experience, preferably in contact center environments
  • Proven client management capabilities, including relationship building and issue resolution
  • Hands-on experience with contact center technologies such as CTI, ACD, IVR, and CRM systems
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Foundational project management experience is a plus
