Job Summary

Owning the systems, tools, and processes that support clients, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will manage day-to-day operations, build client support systems, and lead cross-functional projects in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of users on the product and develop client support systems and educational content
  • Build and maintain operational processes for onboarding, access management, incident response, and change management
  • Manage vendor relationships and partner with engineering and product teams on technical operations initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in technical operations, IT operations, DevOps, or a closely related role
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and SaaS administration
  • Proven track record managing vendor and/or client relationships
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders
