Technical Operations Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will partner with Automation/AI leads to build and maintain internal systems, focusing on AI-assisted tools and integrations across various platforms while enabling self-service documentation for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Automation/AI leads on agent infrastructure and AI-assisted internal tools
• Develop and maintain internal automations and integrations using n8n, Python, TypeScript, and AI agents
• Create documentation and runbooks to facilitate self-service across the organization

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years in a technical generalist role at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience with Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go in building and maintaining systems
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs and agent frameworks
• Practical experience integrating SaaS systems via APIs and workflow automation
• Comfort with major cloud platforms, preferably GCP, and familiarity with core tools like Google Workspace and Slack
