Technical Operations Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time salaried Technical Operations Manager will own the technical operations domain, focusing on IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for an AWS-native platform while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Apply AI/agentic tooling to enhance DevOps, infrastructure, and InfoSec operations
- Own the reliability and scalability of AWS infrastructure, driving CI/CD maturity and observability practices
- Lead security compliance programs and manage corporate IT operations, including onboarding and vendor management
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years of management experience
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and security compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA)
- Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
- Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare or fintech is a plus
- Ability to communicate technical risks in business terms to non-technical stakeholders
