Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Technical Operations Manager, the full-time role will oversee IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for an AWS-native Medicare platform, focusing on reliability, compliance, and the integration of AI tooling.
Key responsibilities
- Manage AWS-native infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency
- Drive AI-enabled operations for DevOps and InfoSec, including automated remediation and compliance initiatives
- Lead security posture management and compliance programs, including SOC 2 and HIPAA
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years in a management capacity
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks and audits
- Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare or fintech is a strong plus
- Strong judgment under pressure and the ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders
