Technical Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time salaried Technical Operations Manager will own the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for an AWS-native platform, ensuring reliability and compliance while leveraging AI tools to optimize operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage AI-enabled operations, applying tooling for DevOps, InfoSec, and organizational enablement
• Oversee AWS infrastructure reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency, driving CI/CD maturity and incident response processes
• Lead security compliance initiatives, including SOC 2 and HIPAA programs, while managing corporate IT operations and vendor relationships

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years of management experience
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS services, including IAM and serverless technologies
• Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
• Proficient in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
• Experience in regulated environments like healthcare, fintech, or insurance is a strong plus
