Technical Operations Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare technology platform, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will oversee IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and compliance of an AWS-native environment while leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of AWS infrastructure while driving CI/CD maturity and observability
- Lead information security initiatives, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and SOC 2 standards, and manage security awareness training
- Build and lead a high-leverage team, collaborating with engineering and product teams on shared infrastructure needs and operational KPIs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years of management experience
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services, including IAM, networking, and serverless architecture
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks, having participated in audits
- Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
- Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare, fintech, or insurance is a strong plus
