Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will own the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for a Medicare distribution platform, ensuring reliability and compliance while leveraging AI-enabled tools in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage AWS-native infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency
- Oversee security posture and compliance programs, including SOC 2 and HIPAA, while leading incident response efforts
- Build and lead a high-leverage team, partnering with engineering and product teams on shared infrastructure needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
