Key responsibilities
- Apply AI-driven tooling to enhance DevOps, infrastructure, and InfoSec operations
- Own the reliability and scalability of AWS infrastructure, driving CI/CD practices and observability
- Lead security compliance initiatives, managing policies, risk assessments, and incident response for a regulated platform
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership, with 2+ years in a management role
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Experience in regulated environments like healthcare, fintech, or insurance is a strong plus
