Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will oversee IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure to maintain a reliable, compliant, and secure AWS-native platform while applying AI-driven tools to enhance operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the reliability and scalability of AWS infrastructure, driving CI/CD maturity and incident response processes
- Implement AI-enabled operations for DevOps and InfoSec, ensuring compliance and security in a regulated environment
- Build and lead a high-leverage team, partnering with engineering and product teams to meet shared infrastructure needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, or security leadership, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Experience in regulated environments like healthcare, fintech, or insurance is a strong plus
- Proven ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders effectively
