Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will own the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for an AWS-native platform, ensuring reliability and compliance while leveraging AI to enhance operations.
Key responsibilities
- Apply AI-driven tooling to enhance DevOps, infrastructure, and information security operations
- Own the reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of the AWS infrastructure while managing observability and incident response processes
- Lead security compliance efforts and manage corporate IT operations, including employee onboarding and vendor management
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Strong expertise in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
- Experience in regulated environments like healthcare or fintech is preferred
- Proven ability to communicate technical risks effectively to non-technical stakeholders
