Technical Operations Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare technology platform, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will oversee IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and compliance of an AWS-native system while applying AI-driven solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the reliability and scalability of AWS infrastructure, driving CI/CD maturity and observability practices
- Own the security posture and compliance programs for a HIPAA- and CMS-regulated platform, including risk assessments and incident response
- Build and lead a high-leverage team, collaborating with engineering leadership on shared infrastructure needs and operational KPIs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership, with experience managing teams
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services, including IAM, networking, and serverless technologies
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Strong proficiency in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
- Experience in regulated environments like healthcare, fintech, or insurance is a strong plus
