Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will own the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for an AWS-native platform, ensuring reliability and compliance while leveraging AI tools to enhance operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage AI-enabled operations, including automated remediation and incident response for DevOps and InfoSec
- Oversee the reliability and scalability of AWS infrastructure, driving CI/CD maturity and observability practices
- Lead security and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and SOC 2 standards while managing corporate IT operations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with 2+ years of people management experience
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and security compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA)
- Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
- Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare or fintech
- Excellent judgment under pressure and ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders
