Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare technology platform, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will oversee IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure operations, ensuring the reliability and compliance of an AWS-native environment while leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of AWS infrastructure and drive CI/CD maturity
- Lead information security initiatives, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and SOC 2 standards
- Build and lead a high-leverage technical operations team while partnering with engineering and product teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years managing teams
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks, having participated in audits
- Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare or fintech is a plus
- Strong judgment under pressure and the ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders
