Technical Operations Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time salaried Technical Operations Manager will own the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for an AWS-native platform, ensuring reliability, compliance, and security while leveraging AI tools to enhance operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the reliability and scalability of AWS infrastructure, driving CI/CD maturity and observability practices
- Oversee information security and compliance for a HIPAA- and CMS-regulated platform, including risk assessments and incident response
- Build and lead a high-leverage team while collaborating with cross-functional partners on shared infrastructure needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services, including IAM, networking, and serverless technologies
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
- Experience in regulated environments like healthcare, fintech, or insurance is preferred
