Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will own the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for a rapidly scaling AWS-native platform, ensuring reliability, compliance, and security while leveraging AI to optimize operations.
Key responsibilities
- Drive AI-enabled operations for DevOps and infrastructure, focusing on automated remediation, anomaly detection, and incident response
- Own the reliability and scalability of AWS infrastructure, implementing infrastructure-as-code practices and observability processes
- Lead information security and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and SOC 2 standards while managing corporate IT operations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and security compliance frameworks
- Strong expertise in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD methodologies
- Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare or fintech is a strong plus
- Proven ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders effectively
