Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will own the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for a rapidly scaling AWS-native platform, ensuring reliability, compliance, and security while leveraging AI-enabled operations.
Key responsibilities
- Drive AI-enabled operations for DevOps and infrastructure, focusing on automated remediation and incident response
- Own the reliability and scalability of AWS infrastructure, managing CI/CD practices and observability processes
- Lead security compliance initiatives and manage corporate IT operations, ensuring a secure and efficient environment
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years of people management experience
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services, including IAM and serverless technologies
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD methodologies
- Experience in regulated environments like healthcare or fintech is highly desirable
