Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Technical Operations Manager, the full-time role will oversee IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for an AWS-native platform, ensuring reliability and compliance while leveraging AI tools to optimize operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of AWS infrastructure while driving CI/CD maturity and incident response processes
- Lead security posture initiatives, including compliance programs and risk assessments, in a HIPAA- and CMS-regulated environment
- Build and lead a high-leverage team, partnering with engineering and product teams to address shared infrastructure needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years in a management capacity
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services and security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
- Experience in regulated environments like healthcare or fintech is preferred
- Ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders effectively
