Technical Operations Manager
Job Summary
Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time salaried Technical Operations Manager will oversee the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure to ensure the reliability and compliance of an AWS-native platform while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Apply AI and automation to enhance DevOps, infrastructure, and information security operations
- Own the reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of AWS infrastructure and manage incident response processes
- Lead security compliance initiatives and manage corporate IT operations, including onboarding and vendor management
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years of management experience
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services, including IAM, networking, and serverless technologies
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
- Experience in regulated environments like healthcare, fintech, or insurance is a plus
