Technical Operations Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time salaried Technical Operations Manager will own the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for a rapidly scaling AWS-native platform, ensuring reliability and compliance while leveraging AI tools to optimize operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage AI-enabled operations, applying tooling for DevOps, InfoSec, and organizational efficiency
- Oversee the reliability and scalability of AWS infrastructure, driving CI/CD maturity and incident response processes
- Lead security compliance initiatives, including SOC 2 and HIPAA programs, while managing corporate IT operations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, or security leadership, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks and having undergone audits
- Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare or fintech is a strong plus
- Excellent judgment under pressure and the ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders
