Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will own the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for an AWS-native platform, ensuring reliability, compliance, and security while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage AI-enabled operations, applying tooling for DevOps, InfoSec, and organization-wide technical operations
- Oversee the reliability and scalability of AWS infrastructure, driving CI/CD maturity and observability practices
- Lead security compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and SOC 2 standards while managing corporate IT operations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, or security leadership, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Familiarity with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Experience in regulated environments like healthcare or fintech is a plus
