Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time salaried Technical Operations Manager will own the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for an AWS-native platform, ensuring reliability, compliance, and security while leveraging AI to optimize operations.
Key responsibilities
- Apply AI tools to enhance DevOps, infrastructure work, and information security processes
- Own the reliability and scalability of AWS-native infrastructure and drive CI/CD maturity
- Lead security compliance programs and manage corporate IT operations, including onboarding and vendor management
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with 2+ years in management
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and security compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA)
- Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
- Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare or fintech is a plus
