Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will own the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for an AWS-native platform, ensuring reliability, compliance, and security while leveraging AI tools to optimize operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage AI-enabled operations, applying tooling for DevOps, InfoSec, and organizational support
- Oversee the reliability and scalability of AWS infrastructure, driving CI/CD maturity and incident response processes
- Lead information security and compliance efforts, including SOC 2 and HIPAA programs, while managing corporate IT operations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with 2+ years of management experience
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services, including IAM, networking, and serverless technologies
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
- Experience in regulated environments, preferably in healthcare, fintech, or insurance sectors
