Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will oversee IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for an AWS-native platform, ensuring reliability and compliance while applying AI-driven solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of AWS infrastructure and drive CI/CD maturity
- Implement AI-enabled operations for DevOps, InfoSec, and organizational support, ensuring compliance and security posture
- Build and lead a high-leverage team while partnering with cross-functional teams on shared infrastructure needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with 2+ years of management experience
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and security compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA)
- Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
- Experience operating in regulated environments such as healthcare or fintech
- Excellent judgment under pressure and ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders
