Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare technology platform, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will oversee IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure to ensure a reliable, compliant, and secure AWS-native environment while leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Apply AI-driven solutions to enhance DevOps, infrastructure, and information security operations
- Manage the reliability and scalability of AWS infrastructure while driving CI/CD maturity and incident response processes
- Lead security compliance initiatives and maintain the security posture of a regulated platform
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years in management
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and security compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA)
- Strong expertise in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
- Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare or fintech is a plus
- Excellent judgment under pressure and ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders
