Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time salaried Technical Operations Manager will own the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for an AWS-native platform, ensuring reliability and compliance while leveraging AI to enhance operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage AI-enabled operations for DevOps and infrastructure, including automated remediation and incident response
- Oversee the reliability and scalability of AWS infrastructure, driving CI/CD maturity and observability practices
- Lead information security and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and SOC 2 standards
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Experience in regulated environments like healthcare or fintech is preferred
- Strong judgment and communication skills, capable of translating technical risks to non-technical stakeholders
