Technical Operations Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will oversee the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for a Medicare platform, ensuring reliability and compliance while managing AI-enabled operations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of AWS-native infrastructure and drive CI/CD maturity
- Lead security compliance programs and manage the security posture of a HIPAA- and CMS-regulated platform
- Build and lead a high-leverage team while partnering with cross-functional leaders on shared infrastructure needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years of management experience
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS, including IAM, networking, and serverless services
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
- Experience operating in a regulated environment such as healthcare or fintech is a plus
