Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare technology platform, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will oversee IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and compliance of an AWS-native system while applying AI-driven solutions to optimize operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage AWS-native infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency
- Lead security and compliance initiatives, including SOC 2 and HIPAA programs, while maintaining a strong security posture
- Build and lead a high-leverage team, partnering with engineering and product teams on shared infrastructure needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with 2+ years in a managerial capacity
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and security compliance frameworks
- Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
- Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare, fintech, or insurance
- Excellent judgment under pressure and ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders
