Technical Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will own the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for a modern Medicare distribution platform, ensuring reliability and compliance while applying AI-driven solutions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Apply AI tooling to enhance DevOps, infrastructure work, and information security processes
• Own the reliability and scalability of AWS-native infrastructure while driving CI/CD maturity and incident response
• Manage corporate IT operations, including employee onboarding, endpoint management, and vendor management

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership role
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
• Experience in regulated environments like healthcare, fintech, or insurance is preferred
• Strong judgment under pressure with excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
