Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will own the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for an AWS-native platform, ensuring reliability, compliance, and security while leveraging AI tools to optimize operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage AI-enabled operations for DevOps and infrastructure, focusing on automation and incident response
- Oversee the reliability and scalability of AWS infrastructure, driving CI/CD maturity and observability practices
- Lead information security and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and SOC 2 standards
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Experience in regulated environments, preferably healthcare, fintech, or insurance
- Strong judgment under pressure and ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders
