Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Technical Operations Manager, the full-time role will oversee the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure to ensure the reliability and compliance of an AWS-native healthcare platform while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage AI-enabled operations, applying tooling for DevOps, InfoSec, and organizational support
- Own the reliability and scalability of AWS infrastructure, driving CI/CD maturity and observability
- Lead security compliance initiatives, including SOC 2 and HIPAA, while managing corporate IT operations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, or security leadership roles, with 2+ years of management experience
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services, including IAM and serverless technologies
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
- Experience in regulated environments like healthcare or fintech is a strong plus
