Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will own the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for a modern Medicare distribution platform, ensuring reliability, compliance, and security while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Apply AI-driven tooling to enhance DevOps and infrastructure operations, focusing on automation and incident response
- Manage AWS-native infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency while driving CI/CD maturity
- Oversee security posture and compliance for a HIPAA- and CMS-regulated platform, leading compliance programs and incident response efforts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with 2+ years of people management experience
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services, including IAM, networking, and serverless technologies
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
