Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time salaried Technical Operations Manager will own the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for an AWS-native platform, ensuring reliability, compliance, and security while leveraging AI tools to optimize operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage AI-enabled operations, applying agentic tooling for DevOps, infrastructure, and InfoSec tasks
- Oversee the reliability and scalability of AWS infrastructure, driving CI/CD maturity and incident response processes
- Lead security and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and SOC 2 standards while managing corporate IT operations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with 2+ years in a managerial capacity
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and security compliance frameworks
- Strong proficiency in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
