Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will own the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for a modern Medicare distribution platform, ensuring reliability, compliance, and security in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Apply AI and agentic tooling to enhance DevOps, infrastructure, and information security operations
- Own the reliability and scalability of AWS-native infrastructure while driving CI/CD maturity and observability
- Lead security compliance initiatives and manage corporate IT operations, including onboarding and vendor management
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years managing teams
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Experience in regulated environments like healthcare, fintech, or insurance
- Strong judgment under pressure, with the ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders
