Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Technical Operations Manager, the full-time role will oversee IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure to ensure the reliability and compliance of an AWS-native platform while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the reliability and scalability of AWS infrastructure, driving CI/CD maturity and incident response processes
- Implement AI-enabled operations for DevOps and InfoSec, ensuring safe adoption in a regulated environment
- Lead security compliance initiatives and manage corporate IT operations, including onboarding and vendor management
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years of management experience
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Direct experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Experience in regulated environments like healthcare or fintech is preferred
- Strong judgment under pressure and ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders
