Technical Operations Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare technology platform, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will oversee IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure operations, ensuring reliability and compliance while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage AWS-native infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency while driving CI/CD maturity and observability practices
- Lead security and compliance initiatives, including SOC 2 and HIPAA, while maintaining a strong security posture across the organization
- Build and lead a high-leverage team, partnering with engineering and product teams to meet shared infrastructure needs and operational KPIs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years in a management capacity
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services, including IAM, serverless, and container technologies
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO 27001
- Proficient in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
- Experience in regulated environments, preferably in healthcare, fintech, or insurance sectors
