Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare technology platform, the full-time salaried Technical Operations Manager will oversee IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and compliance of an AWS-native system while leveraging AI tools to optimize operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of AWS-native infrastructure and drive CI/CD maturity
- Lead information security and compliance initiatives, including SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance programs
- Build and lead a high-leverage team while partnering with cross-functional teams on shared infrastructure needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years in a management capacity
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Experience in regulated environments like healthcare, fintech, or insurance is a strong plus
- Excellent judgment under pressure and ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders
