Job Summary
To support a growing Medicare technology platform, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will oversee IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure, ensuring the AWS-native system remains reliable, compliant, and secure while leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of AWS infrastructure
- Drive AI-enabled operations for DevOps and security, implementing automated processes and compliance measures
- Lead a small team, collaborating with cross-functional partners to support organizational infrastructure needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code practices

- Background in regulated environments such as healthcare or fintech is preferred
