Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Technical Operations Manager, the full-time role will oversee IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for a rapidly scaling AWS-native Medicare platform, ensuring reliability and compliance while leveraging AI-enabled tools.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of AWS infrastructure while driving CI/CD maturity and observability practices
- Implement AI-driven solutions for DevOps, InfoSec, and organizational operations, ensuring safe AI adoption in a regulated environment
- Lead security compliance initiatives, including SOC 2 and HIPAA programs, while managing corporate IT operations and vendor relationships
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services, including IAM, networking, and serverless technologies
- Proven experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA, including participation in audits
- Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
- Experience in regulated environments like healthcare or fintech is highly desirable
