Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will oversee IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for a rapidly growing Medicare platform, ensuring reliability and compliance while applying AI-driven solutions in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage AWS-native infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency while driving CI/CD maturity and incident response processes
- Lead information security initiatives, including compliance programs and risk assessments, while partnering with engineering on secure practices
- Build and lead a high-leverage team, collaborating with cross-functional partners and representing technical operations to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
- Background in regulated environments like healthcare, fintech, or insurance is preferred
